How long should you allow for tile selection?
Each customer’s process is unique, but most tile selections take roughly one to one and a half hours. Some may require more time depending on how clear your ideas are.
We recommend arriving with enough time to complete your selection comfortably before our showroom closes.
What should you bring to your appointment?
To help you make the best decisions during your tile selection, please bring:
- Your house plans – These are essential for identifying feature tile locations and understanding standard tiling coverage.
- The addenda – This document outlines your standard inclusions, including tile dimensions, allowances, laminate choices, and stone benchtops.
- Inspiration images – If you’ve collected any reference photos from magazines or online that reflect your desired style, they’re helpful to share with our team.
